SENSEL AGENT ASSURANCE

Secure the action, not just the prompt.

SenseL Agent Assurance extends the existing Validation Plane to Agent, Tool, MCP, Identity, Permission, and execution traces: first prove risk with replayable evidence, then turn remediation into a regression gate that runs on every version.

WHY NOW

When agents can change system state, text classification cannot prove safety.

The meaningful ground truth is whether a dangerous tool action was proposed, allowed, and executed—and whether the remediation survives a retest inside the same version boundary.

Actions precede final answers

Exfiltration, messaging, payment, deletion, or code execution can be proposed before final text appears.

Every update can create drift

A change to model, prompt, RAG, tool schema, MCP server, or permission can invalidate an old result.

Classification is not enforcement

A guard labeling content unsafe does not prove the dangerous action did not fail open; actual outcome matters.

Sensitive traces cannot move freely

Trajectories can contain personal data, credentials, source code, and business workflows, requiring minimization and controlled deployment.

ASSESS → VALIDATE → GATE

Use a service to acquire real evidence, then turn that evidence into a recurring product.

Assess is the scoped commercial entry. Replay/Validate is the first core annual product. Gate moves toward enforcement only after false-positive, latency, and controlled-pilot thresholds are met. Lens remains an open-weight research option.

    SenseL Agent Assess

Authorized attack-surface review, testing, remediation guidance, and retest across agents, tools, MCP, permissions, data flows, and guardrails.

    • Threat model
    • Replayable trace
    • Remediation + retest

    CORE RECURRING PRODUCT

    SenseL Agent Replay / Validate

Turn validated failures into customer-specific regression packs that compare model, prompt, tool-schema, policy, and permission versions.

    • Version comparison
    • Regression pack
    • CI release gate

    PRE-ACTION POLICY

    SenseL Agent Gate

Combine schema, allowlists, identity and permissions, DLP, and trajectory risk before tool execution—observe and calibrate before scoped enforcement.

    • Schema + allowlist
    • Identity + DLP
    • Human approval

    Research Option

    OPEN-WEIGHT RESEARCH

    SenseL Agent Lens

Explore pre-action internal signals for self-hosted models where weights and activations are accessible; not a prerequisite for closed APIs or the core SLA.

    • Pre-action signal
    • Per-checkpoint calibration
    • Matched-baseline gate

ACTION-LEVEL EVIDENCE

From controlled assessment to pre-action policy

Every step binds model, prompt, tool, policy, and permission versions. Missing evidence remains missing, and no unbounded security guarantee is made.

  1. 01

    Scope

Define agent, tool, data, authority, and authorized test boundaries

  2. 02

    Ingest

Normalize Tool, MCP, Identity, and execution traces

  3. 03

    Replay

Use mock actions and synthetic secrets inside a sandbox

  4. 04

    Decide

Evaluate schema, allowlists, DLP, and trajectory risk

  5. 05

    Approve

Retain policy and human approval for high-risk actions

  6. 06

    Retest

Freeze validated findings into versioned regression packs

Teams ready for a scoped discussion

  • Organizations with tool-using agents approaching a production decision in the next 3–9 months
  • Regulated teams that require on-premise, data residency, audit evidence, or human approval
  • CISO, AppSec, AI Platform, and AI Governance owners jointly responsible for launch
  • Design partners able to provide a controlled sandbox, mock tools, and a conversion decision

Public commitments and product boundaries

  • Assess runs only in customer-authorized sandboxes or designated test environments
  • Replay/Validate promises repeatable, traceable, comparable results—not protection against every attack
  • Gate is observe-first; enforcement depends on an approved pilot, version, and policy scope
  • Lens applies only to open-weight models with accessible weights and activations and remains a research option
